||John G. Dugan has served as MEDC President since 1991. In this capacity, Jack has developed over $105 million worth of real estate and 1.3 million square feet of commercial and industrial space. He has helped create and retain thousands of jobs, and he continues to play an integral role in the revitalization effort of Downtown Keene. Jack's leadership was formally recognized by the NH Office of State Planning in September 1993 and May 1995.
Jack earned his B.A. from Tufts University. He is certified by the National Development Council as an Economic Development Finance Professional.
||Robert J. Elliott joined MEDC’s Board eight years ago and became MEDC’s CFO in June of 2010. Prior to coming to MEDC, Bob served for five years as Chief Financial Officer for a $24 million non-profit in the human services industry where he obtained valuable knowledge about large non-profits in New Hampshire. Prior to his nonprofit work, Bob was owner and Chief Executive Officer of two fast growing and profitable New Hampshire start-up companies. His background and experience include manufacturing, real estate development, finance and retail. Bob has been and remains a real estate developer, with projects exceeding $30 million dollars in the aggregate built in New Hampshire.
Bob earned a B.A. from Bentley College, and an M.B.A. from New Hampshire College. He is also a Certified Public Account.
