Andrus Associates d/b/a Welcome Neighbor USA

The Town of Walpole and MEDC have partnered for a request for $180,000 in CDBG funding to support Andrus Associates in their relocating Welcome Neighbor USA from Newton, Massachusetts to North Walpole, New Hampshire.  Andrus is a direct mail marketer with a primary function of producing and distributing materials entitled "Welcome Neighbor USA" which is a coupon-promotional packet delivered to new homeowners in the area.  The company will provide cooperative direct marking programs to small and medium size business in two-hundred program areas in New England.  While the Welcome Neighbor USA program is a quite unique, exclusive and stable opportunity, the business is set to grow its sales over the next three years by 62 percent as well as creating a minimum of nine new job opportunities for the residents of Walpole and surrounding towns.
