Downtown Revitalization Efforts
A $7 million project consisting of 60,000 square feet of commercial space and assisted living apartments. This former shoe factory in listed in the National Historic Registry.
The $3 million 32,000 square foot building was the former Woolworth's Department Store. It now houses Vision Financial, Hannah Grimes Marketplace, Keene Fresh Salad Company, Church & Main Advertising and Harleysville Insurance.
Chamberlain Block Building
This former Sears Roebuck 38,000 square foot building on Central Square received a $2 million facelift and served as home to MEDC corporate offices, Nicola's Trattoria, The UPS Store and CC&H Framing, among others, as well as containing thirteen apartment units.
E.F. Lane Hotel
This $7 million 60,000 square foot building was formerly Goodnow's Department Store. After its renovation, this three story building now houses forty hotel rooms, a restaurant an a variety of meeting rooms.
Wells Street Parking Deck
